Account Executive - DACH - Germany

Why We Have This Role

Qualtrics is seeking a proactive, collaborative seller to drive new business, specifically targeting the DACH market. This role involves working collaboratively to meet sales goals and uphold the highest standards of integrity, quality, and customer service. You will identify and pursue new corporate clients in the DACH region, contributing to the rapid growth of Qualtrics within a high-energy, fast-paced global team. This position offers extensive collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.

  • Engage with clients throughout the entire sales cycle: prospecting, client acquisition, product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and post-sale engagement.

  • Effectively leverage internal resources to excel as a sales professional.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on acquiring new business by selling the Qualtrics Platform to accounts, engaging with stakeholders from champions to C-level executives.
  • Consult with prospects and clients on their strategic business goals.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans, including power maps, demand generation strategies, and closing plans, for a designated list of target accounts.
  • Establish, manage, and nurture relationships between Qualtrics and senior executives at client and prospect companies.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Solutions Consultants, and partners to strategize demand creation and drive senior-level engagement within accounts.
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of Qualtrics' solutions and the competitive landscape to develop winning proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Leverage support from your Sales team, Sales Operations, Legal, Customer Success, Finance, and other departments to effectively serve customers.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Required experience in technology/software sales.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven experience in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities.
  • Curiosity and the ability to ask insightful questions to uncover client needs and opportunities for impact.
  • Experience engaging with clients across all stages of the sales cycle: prospecting, acquisition, demos, negotiation, closing, and beyond.
  • Agility to adapt, pivot, and modify your approach based on business needs.
  • Strong ability to partner with internal teams and leverage resources for successful deal closure.
