Role and Responsibilities

As the face of the company in Germany, you will bridge the gap between the Hungarian production and the German market.

Market Expansion

  • Conduct targeted market research to identify high-potential B2B and B2C opportunities.

Active Acquisition

  • Proactively reach out to new customers, building long-term partnerships from the ground up.

End-to-End Sales

  • Manage the full sales cycle---from initial contact and taking orders to preparing competitive quotations and administrative follow-ups.

On-the-Road Presence

  • Combine the comfort of your home office with regular on-site visits to clients across your territory.

Reporting

  • Maintain transparent communication with the Hungarian headquarters through structured daily/weekly reports (transitioning to monthly as you settle in).

What You Bring to the Table

Proven Track Record

  • Experience in product sales (B2B experience is highly valued).

Communication

  • Excellent command of both German and English. If you speak Hungarian, that is an advantage!

Education & Mobility

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid Category B Driving License are essential.

Industry Knowledge

  • Previous experience in the food industry or existing contacts within the German food /wholesale sector/ will give you a head start.

Mindset

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, "young team" environment and enjoys the autonomy of flexible working hours.
