queonext is looking for a (Senior) Realtime 3D Artist & Developer (Unity) (w/*/m) to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities

As a 3D artist and developer specializing in Unity, you will play a crucial role in creating immersive and interactive 3D experiences. Your task is to translate creative visions into functional and optimized real-time applications for various platforms. You will also support and realize projects within the regulated consumer goods industry, which require a high degree of quality awareness, reliability, and compliance.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement real-time features and functionalities in Unity and potentially Unreal Engine.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain code for interactive 3D simulations, virtual environments, and augmented reality experiences.
• Create and implement state-of-the-art visual effects, shaders, and animations to enhance the overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug real-time issues to ensure smooth performance across different devices and platforms.
• Participate in projects within the regulated consumer goods sector to ensure compliance with industry standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in real-time technologies, recommending and implementing best practices.

Profile

Your Strengths

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a 3D developer/real-time developer or in a comparable role.
• Profound knowledge of real-time engines, especially Unity (experience with Unreal Engine is a plus).
• Solid understanding of 3D graphics, physics, and mathematics.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques to ensure smooth frame rates across platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex real-time issues.
• English language skills at least at C1 level (spoken and written) are required. German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies with a strong interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
