Often, domestic workers are not correctly employed because the correct registration is time-consuming. quitt digitizes this process for over 3 million private households in Germany.

Your Task

As a working student in Marketing at quitt, you will take on real responsibility from the start. Your focus will be on partner management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to implement a second central marketing project based on your personal strengths and interests. You will work closely with our German and Swiss marketing teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent selection, approach, and acquisition of cooperation partners (e.g., companies, associations, organizations)
• Building and developing long-term partnerships, including coordinating joint marketing activities
• Implementation of a second marketing focus, which you will define together with us, e.g., Content, SEO/GEO, Social Media, PR, Knowledge Transfer, or Video
• Collaboration with Marketing, Product, and other teams

What You Bring

• You are a student (m/f/d) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field of study and have gained initial professional experience
• Ability to present complex topics clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner
• Interest in social issues, HR, and new digital services
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken German and English
• You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, work independently, and are eager to learn
