To achieve this ambitious goal, we work with carefully selected, highly qualified medical providers worldwide. On our website, patients can find and compare medical providers for their desired treatment, contact us, and book immediately.

We are based in Berlin and are a team of 35 international, entrepreneurial, determined, and super-friendly colleagues.

Your Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure that each one receives first-class advice.
• With your empathy and natural charm, you build trust and ensure that patients feel comfortable when booking their treatment through us.
• You guide patients through the entire process — from the initial phone call, through travel booking and contact with clinics, to the medical procedure.
• You don't like cold calling? With us, you only contact pre-filtered leads!
• You love the combination of both worlds — sales and customer service.

Your Skills:

You speak both German and English at a professional level and are equally comfortable speaking with patients in both languages.

• You already have professional experience in sales & customer service, e.g., in gastronomy, hospitality, retail, or a call center.
• You are exceptionally communicative — you love talking to people or talking on the phone and know how to express yourself perfectly.
• You are also highly motivated, structured, and service-oriented — you don't give up until you reach your goal.
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is a big plus.
