Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager, based in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area with some flexibility to work remotely. The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to build and maintain relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions using QuotCraft's platform. Daily tasks will include onboarding new clients, addressing client inquiries, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, and providing training to maximize the platform's effectiveness. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues and track product feedback will also be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong client engagement and relationship management skills; demonstrated experience in client-focused roles
- Proficiency in communication (both written and verbal) and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management tools or SaaS platforms; ability to train clients on software usage
- Skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and delivering customer-focused solutions
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience working with trade professionals or in a SaaS business is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English, and German language skills are highly desirable
