Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Manager based in Aachen, Germany, with some flexibility for remote work. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment, and provide administrative assistance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining efficient communication across teams, supporting customer queries, and ensuring top-level office management for a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to assist internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proven expertise in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage daily office tasks, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with Office Equipment and modern tools to ensure operational efficiency and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud-based tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English (verbal and written), with any additional languages being an advantage.
- Relevant education or prior experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
