Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director for a full-time hybrid role based in Aachen, with partial remote work flexibility. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's diary, coordinating meetings, providing executive administrative support, and handling clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. The role requires managing communication, performing task prioritization, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management with excellent scheduling and calendar organization abilities
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including correspondence and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a hybrid work environment
  • Experience providing administrative support to executives is a plus
