Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Aachen, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Manager at QuotCraft, you will oversee daily sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will cultivate new business relationships, provide exceptional service to existing clients, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Reporting on performance metrics and working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams will also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and managing sales teams
- Strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Client Engagement, and Account Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Data Analysis and Problem-Solving skills to interpret trends and drive decision-making
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technology, with familiarity in SaaS platforms being an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in trades, construction, or technology industries is beneficial
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
