Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and collect media coverage and maintain accurate records.
- Create media coverage report.
- Support media outreach efforts, including formatting materials and preparing test mailings.
- Research and manage distribution lists.
- Oversee media subscription management.
- Update website and make adjustments as needed.
- Support event and conference management.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have a solid understanding of the media landscape and how journalists operate.
- You have an interest in writing and crafting engaging and appealing content.
- You work in a structured and analytical way.
- You're organized, proactive, and motivated to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are fluent in both German and English.
- Familiarity with ContentStack is an advantage.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Confluence, or Miro is a plus.
