  • End Date: Initial contract until 30.04.2026 with option for extension (long-term collaboration desired)
  • Workload: 20-25 hours per week
  • Location: 100% Remote, with quarterly 3-day on-site meetings

Project Description

  • User Behavior Analysis & Requirements Derivation: Analyze user behavior across digital touchpoints and derive specific requirements for tracking, product optimization, and UX measures.
  • UX & Conversion Analysis: Investigate user behavior using ContentSquare and Google Analytics to identify friction points in the user journey, especially in e-commerce.
  • KPI Framework Development: Define and monitor relevant UX metrics (e.g., Task Success Rate, Click-to-Next-Step) and business KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rate, Average Order Value) in an international context.
  • Derivation of Actionable Recommendations: Prepare complex data in an understandable way and develop concrete, actionable recommendations for Product Management and UX Design.
  • International Performance Reporting: Ensure consistent measurability and comparability of performance across different country checkouts and language versions.

Skills Required

  • Several years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst, ideally with a focus on e-commerce or international enterprise websites.
  • In-depth expertise in ContentSquare (Experience Analytics).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Ability to link qualitative UX metrics (UX KPIs) with hard business figures (Business KPIs).
  • High level of communication maturity, ability to explain complex issues clearly, and proactive approach.
  • Fluent German and English.
