The Opportunity
Our client is a global leader in cloud-based reporting and compliance platform solutions, trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide to simplify their most complex data, finance, and ESG reporting challenges.
Due to a significant increase in event volume across the DACH and French markets, they are seeking a high-caliber Freelance Event Coordinator to join their team. This is a tactical, high-impact role for an expert who can hit the ground running and manage the end-to-end execution of a busy regional event calendar through the end of the year.
Scope of Work
- High-Volume Execution: Take the lead on the hands-on logistics and delivery for 10 to 15 B2B events per quarter.
- Regional Support: Coordinate and execute event initiatives specifically tailored for Germany, France, Austria, and Switzerland.
- On-Site Coordination: Manage regional travel and on-site logistics to ensure flawless brand representation (managing upfront expenses pending reimbursement).
- Strategic Support: Work closely with the regional leadership team to maintain high standards across a fast-paced event schedule.
Candidate Profile
- B2B Event Expertise: Proven background in managing corporate B2B events.
- Regional Presence: You must be based in Germany or France (proximity to Frankfurt is a major advantage for travel logistics).
- Business Structure: This role is strictly for candidates operating via their own Limited Company for a B2B contract engagement.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in German or French is essential for market support.
