For the support of international markets, we are looking for support at the German site in Parchim.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n* Order Management: Entry and management of international orders in the ERP system and ensuring delivery dates.\n* Export Processing: Coordination of freight forwarders and creation of all export documents such as commercial invoices and bills of lading.\n* Pricing: Calculation of regional prices based on freight and storage costs and maintenance of international price lists.\n* Inventory Management: Monitoring global stock levels in 3PL warehouses and planning goods replenishment based on demand forecasts.\n* Reporting: Creation of analyses on logistics KPIs and monitoring of distributor contract compliance.\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* Education: Commercial apprenticeship or degree in logistics, supply chain, or business.\n* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in export/logistics and 2 years in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\n* Languages: Negotiable German and English skills are essential.\n* Skills: Routine handling of MS Office (esp.
