Are you a high‑performing sales professional who knows how to navigate complex organisations, build trust quickly, and close sophisticated software led deals? This is a standout opportunity to join a global technology leader transforming the way enterprises capture, process, and manage high volume information.
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive direct new business across the region, working with major enterprise customers who rely on advanced automation and workflow solutions to modernise their operations.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
- Selling directly into enterprise and upper mid‑market customers across Southern Germany and the wider DACH/EE region
- Leading consultative conversations with senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, Shared Services, Procurement and C‑Suite
- Developing territory plans, building pipeline, and driving predictable revenue growth
- Working closely with pre‑sales, marketing, and professional services to deliver compelling value propositions
- Accurately forecasting and consistently achieving (or exceeding) targets
What we're looking for
- Proven success in SaaS or software led solution sales
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts, ideally within document workflow, automation, capture, or related technology
- Strong consultative sales approach, able to translate complex technology into clear business outcomes
- Confident presenting, influencing, and closing at senior levels
- Based in Southern Germany or able to travel regularly across the region
- Self‑driven, structured, and comfortable operating in a high‑growth, international environment
