You'll work closely with sales, partners, and end‑users to design and present solutions that solve real operational challenges. Your expertise will shape pre‑sales strategy, guide technical discovery, and ensure smooth transitions into delivery.
🛠️Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design for enterprise customers
- Delivering compelling demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical presentations
- Supporting RFP/RFI responses and contributing to account strategy
- Translating customer requirements into clear technical specifications
- Advising customers on best practices for document capture, workflow automation, and data extraction
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams on enhancements and new capabilities
- Providing technical support for events, partner engagements, and customer visits
- Maintaining strong knowledge of imaging platforms, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments
🧩What You Bring
- Experience in document management, data capture, workflow automation, or related enterprise software
- Strong background in pre‑sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture
- Hands‑on experience configuring or integrating document‑centric platforms
- Solid understanding of Windows environments, SQL databases, networking, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to travel across the DACH region as needed
- A consultative mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently
