Responsibilities

As a Social Video Editor/Cutter, you will play a crucial role in the production of short-form videos for our clients.

🤝 YOUR OUTPUT:

• You edit social media videos for our clients.
• You edit in-house ads for our recruiting funnel.
• You are primarily responsible for the TikTok videos of selected clients and ensure constant growth.

Qualifications

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN DO:

• You are a TikTok native and ideally have had professional contact with TikTok in addition to private consumption.
• You have experience in editing social media content, ideally with a focus on short-form videos on social media platforms.
• You are proficient in using editing software, ideally Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• You have an eye for visual aesthetics and social media trends.
• You possess a high degree of initiative, team spirit, and responsibility.
• You communicate clearly and persuasively and can present your ideas.
• You know the most important KPIs in social media marketing.
• You speak fluent German, both written and spoken.

📍 Important: The position is on-site in Berlin. (Home office is possible at any time, but your base should be in Berlin.) Salary: EUR 34,000 - EUR 34,000 (assuming MaxSalary is the same as MinSalary if not provided) Remote Model: Hybrid
