Your Tasks:

What awaits you: As a Social Video Editor/Cutter, you will play a crucial role in the production of short-form videos for our clients.

Your individual benefit for this position: You contribute to the success of our clients' social media channels. Your contribution determines how they stand out from the competition and achieve their goals.

Your output:

• You will edit social media videos for our clients.
• You will edit in-house ads for our recruiting funnel.
• You will be primarily responsible for the TikTok videos of selected clients and ensure consistent growth.

Your Qualifications:

What you can do:

• You are TikTok-native and ideally have had professional contact with TikTok in addition to private consumption.
• You have experience in editing social media content, ideally with a focus on short-form videos on social media platforms.
• You are proficient in working with editing software, ideally Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• You have an eye for visual aesthetics and social media trends.
• You possess a high degree of initiative, team spirit, and responsibility.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly and can present your ideas.
• You know the most important KPIs in social media marketing.
• You speak fluent German, both written and spoken.
