Your Role as a Bid Manager (m/f/d) - Hospital & Care:
As a Bid Manager (m/f/d), you are the backbone of our tender management and play a key role in expanding our hospital and care network. You will manage tender processes from start to finish – from analysis and bid coordination to final submission – ensuring that Recare participates in public procurement procedures strategically, professionally, and successfully.

You will independently manage and coordinate tenders (public procurement procedures, KHZG, hospital and care tenders, as well as KHVVG-relevant topics).

You will create, review, and submit bid documents in close collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.

You will optimize and maintain the internal Bid Library (standard texts, certificates, proofs, references).

You will analyze tender documents and derive well-founded bid/no-bid recommendations.

You will manage the temporal and content-related control of the entire bid process – including deadline management and quality assurance.

You will coordinate complex tenders with cooperation partners and subcontractors, aligning responsibilities, deadlines, and technical/commercial content.

You will follow up on submitted tenders, analyze feedback, and continuously work on improving bid quality.

You will optimize the tender process through the use of AI-powered tools to sustainably increase the efficiency, quality, and competitiveness of bids.
This is how we envision you as our Bid Manager (m/f/d) - Hospital & Care:

You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Law, or a comparable qualification.

You have several years of professional experience in tender or bid management, ideally in the healthcare sector or in the SaaS/HealthTech environment.

You have a strong understanding of public procurement procedures, especially VOL/A (or UVgO), VgV, KHZG, and procurement law.

You have experience in handling complex stakeholder structures and are proficient in managing deadlines, formalities, and compliance requirements.

You possess excellent writing skills and can prepare complex content precisely, structurally, and persuasively.

You are comfortable using CRM, document, and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Notion, Jira, GSuite).

You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive manner – and keep a cool head even under tight deadlines.

You have very good German language skills (C2) and fluent English skills.
