Grow with these tasks as our Senior Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d):

You will develop and implement a customer marketing strategy for clinics and subsequent care providers along the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion).

You will plan and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns for existing B2B customers (e.g., additional modules, licenses, feature packages).

You will build and further develop retention programs that promote usage depth, satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

You will build and manage a customer advocacy program: You will activate customers from clinics and care facilities as advocates, multipliers, and co-creators through marketing, community, and co-building formats.

You will work closely with Customer Success and Sales to identify maturity levels and potentials in customers and develop stakeholder-specific benefit arguments.

You will analyze usage, retention, and expansion data for continuous optimization.
This is what we envision for you as our Senior Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d):

You have a completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Health Management, or a comparable qualification.

You have 6-8 years of professional experience in B2B marketing or customer marketing, or alternatively in Customer Success or Product Marketing, ideally in the HealthTech, PharmaTech, or SaaS environment.

You have experience working with existing customers and complex B2B accounts (preferably clinics, care facilities, networks).

Ideally, you have experience in the hospital or care sector and a basic understanding of the regulatory and organizational framework conditions in healthcare.

You can demonstrate experience in building or implementing upsell and expansion initiatives, retention programs, and customer advocacy formats (e.g., references, case studies, webinars, customer events).

You have experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams and enabling internal stakeholders.

You are proficient with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce or comparable) and analyzing usage and campaign data.

You speak German at a native level and fluent English.
