About Us:
As one of Germany's leading HealthTech companies, we are redefining discharge management – driven by technology, focused on patients, and free from bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and post-acute care providers, relieve the burden on skilled staff, and shift the focus back to patients. We already connect two-thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 care and homecare providers. With around 100 employees, we are growing – and looking for people with conviction who want to improve the healthcare system with us.
About the Role:
As a Technical Project Manager (Healthcare Integrations) (m/f/d), you will make a crucial contribution to integrating Recare's AI Product Suite into everyday medical practice. You will analyze clinical processes and advise hospitals on the implementation of interfaces. In coordination with our partners, you will develop concepts for new interoperability functions and be responsible for their completion. You work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented, and efficiently bring topics to a decision with clear proposals.
What awaits you as our Technical Project Manager (Healthcare Integrations) (m/f/d):
- Work with Purpose – Your work has a real impact on patients and medical professionals in the healthcare sector.
- Company Culture – We rely on flat hierarchies that promote high performance and strong team dynamics. We foster a culture of mutual respect, loyalty, and recognition, and jointly strive for our goals, expecting the same from you.
- Flexibility – Need to pick up your child from daycare? Want to exercise during your lunch break? We support you. We are a remote-friendly company, allowing you to work remotely from anywhere in Germany. With prior agreement, you can also go on workations.
- Edenred Card – which you can use according to your needs.
- Employee Satisfaction – We support you in your role and your development to ensure you are as successful as you are satisfied.
- Holiday on your Birthday – so you can celebrate with your loved ones.
