Your Role as a Working Student (m/f/d) CRM & Data:

As part of our Revenue Operations Team, you will support us in ensuring high data quality in our central systems. This role is ideal for you if you want to gain initial practical experience working with data and understand how data-driven companies operate. You will take on responsibility from the beginning, learn about modern tools, and make an important contribution to the success of our revenue teams.

  • You will support the maintenance, cleaning, and structuring of data in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring high data quality and consistent datasets.

  • You will prepare data for reports and analyses (e.g., in Salesforce) and check it for completeness and quality before use.

  • You will identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and structural problems and support their resolution.

  • You will participate in the definition and documentation of data standards and data hygiene processes.

  • You will work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and support data-driven processes in daily work.
