Compensation: €80,000 - €120,000 + Attractive Benefits

About The Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead D2C growth, brand positioning, and product marketing. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for scaling customer acquisition, strengthening brand identity, and driving measurable growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own D2C growth and revenue contribution via the online shop (performance marketing, e-commerce, budget management).
  • Scale new customer acquisition across paid, SEO, social, and influencer channels while optimizing conversion, funnel performance, and unit economics (CAC, CLV, retention).
  • Build and manage a data-driven marketing setup (KPIs, tracking, attribution, testing, forecasting) for predictable growth.
  • Refine brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints (shop, ads, content, social).
  • Develop impactful product marketing strategies (value proposition, go-to-market, portfolio logic).
  • Lead and grow the marketing team (performance, brand/creative, product marketing) into a scalable, KPI-driven organization.
  • Support B2B sales with targeted marketing initiatives (positioning, assets, lead generation).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in D2C/E-commerce marketing (growth, team management, structures).
  • Hands-on mentality: able to step into operations when needed without losing strategic focus.
  • Strong expertise in commercial growth/e-commerce (online marketing, budget, KPIs, testing) combined with brand/positioning skills.
  • Proven track record in product marketing (value proposition, go-to-market, portfolio logic).
  • Tech-savvy: experience with tracking, attribution, paid media, shop setups, SEO, automation/AI.
  • Clear, structured leadership style with high accountability and performance standards.
  • Industry knowledge in health/nutrition supplements (NEM) is a plus.
