About the Role

As a Social Media Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to support content planning, publishing, and engagement across various platforms. You will help ensure consistent, high-quality communication that strengthens the brand's online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media channels
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community management
• Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Help maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team
• Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports when needed

Qualifications

• Based in Germany with full remote work capability
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Prior experience in social media support or content roles is a plus (not mandatory)
