About the role:

In this leadership role, you’ll work with a passionate team that sits at the core of our Finance department. You’ll be responsible for three impactful pillars: financial reporting, non-financial (ESG) reporting, and inventory accounting. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Redcare consolidates and communicates key performance information across the group—both hands-on and at a strategic level.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Execute and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes across the group
• Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate results in collaboration with multiple departments in the company
• Oversee and execute non-financial reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements
• Ensure full IFRS compliance and support group audit processes
• Prepare the consolidated annual report, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with reporting standards
• Provide strategic input and guidance as the senior point of contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters
• Coach and work alongside a team of ~5 accounting professionals, building expertise and delivering results together

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, ideally with an audit background and international scope
• Strong IFRS knowledge, with ESRS/CSRD familiarity considered a plus
• CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred
• You're comfortable navigating across departments and engaging with diverse stakeholders
• English proficiency required; Dutch or German is an advantage
• You care about accuracy, structure, and enabling better business decisions through data
