Job Description

About your tasks:

  • Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Finance ERP applications, ensuring reliability, maintainability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
  • Own L1/L2 application operations, collaborating with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics to ensure business continuity and application stability.
  • Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements that enhance operational excellence and long-term maintainability.
  • Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles to strengthen service quality and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You have 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Finance business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment.
  • You enjoy analysing complex issues, identifying root causes and driving sustainable improvements rather than simply fixing symptoms.
  • You understand application lifecycle and IT service management principles such as Incident, Problem and Change Management; experience with ITIL is an advantage.
  • You enjoy collaborating with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, take ownership of your applications and are motivated by continuous learning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
