About the role:
As a Pricing Manager, you will support the continuous optimization of our pricing strategies and contribute to improving revenue and margin performance across your assigned markets. You will work closely with experienced pricing colleagues and collaborate with Country Management and Category Management to ensure data-driven pricing decisions.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset who wants to deepen their expertise in pricing within a dynamic e-commerce environment. You will gain exposure to large data environments, pricing tools, and cross-functional collaboration while gradually building your commercial experience.
About your tasks:
- Continuously optimize and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability, supporting the overall pricing framework of your markets.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as revenue and total contribution, identifying patterns and proposing data-driven improvement ideas.
- Work with large data sets in Excel and R, preparing structured analyses and insights in close collaboration with our Data Science team to support pricing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Country Management, Category Management, BI, and Data Science, preparing insights and aligning on pricing measures.
- Support the further development of our pricing tools and AI-supported solutions, helping to improve processes and transparency.
About You:
- You bring first professional experience in pricing, revenue management, or data analytics (e-commerce is a plus, but not a must).
- You are confident working with Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, large datasets); experience with R / R Studio is a strong plus.
- You enjoy working with data and feel motivated by analyzing KPIs and improving performance step by step.
- You are comfortable communicating in English and appreciate regular onsite collaboration with your Cologne-based team.
