About the role:

As a Team Lead Platform Engineering, you'll lead our Platform team within the Data & AI department and play a pivotal role in shaping how services are built, managed, and scaled across the organization. About Your Tasks:

• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Design and implement platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with tools like Terraform
• Operate and evolve our Kubernetes-based platform, supporting deployment and scaling with GitOps practices
• Leverage Databricks and other Data Lakehouse platforms to enhance platform capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, MLOps, and product teams to define standards and enable developer self-service

About you:

• 3-5 years of experience leading technical teams is required
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and enabling high-performing teams
• Experienced in Databricks or other Data Lakehouse technologies, with a deep understanding of Kubernetes in production
• Skilled in Python, Shell, or Go, and experienced with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and enabling high-performing teams
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment and value collaboration and ownership
