Job Opportunity: Marketing / Social Media Specialist (m/w/d) in Bremen

We are looking for immediate support in part-time (20-25 hours/week) for our marketing team at the Bremen location.

We are REHAVISTA, a member of the Smartbox Group. We support children and adults with motor and speech impairments to participate in life and thus make their everyday lives easier. By providing communication aids and other assistive devices, we give people back a piece of their quality of life. With around 170 colleagues (e.g., therapists, consultants, or technicians), we are present on-site – throughout Germany.

Your Responsibilities Include...

  • Strategic further development of our social media presence with a focus on building REHAVISTA's LinkedIn presence, including responsibility for this channel.
  • Close collaboration and representation within the team for Meta social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
  • Content planning, creation, and publication of target group-relevant content (B2B, network, product and user stories, employer branding, recruiting), including performance optimization.
  • Community management in the form of interaction with the REHAVISTA community and responding to comments and messages.
  • Network maintenance and expansion through identification of relevant contacts and strategic networking/interaction.
  • Development of (social media) campaigns and measures for increasing reach and brand positioning.
  • Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of social media KPIs for optimizing activities.
  • Ensuring consistent corporate design across all channels.
  • Close collaboration with interfaces outside of marketing, such as Sales, People & Culture, and group-wide with the Smartbox team.

What You Bring...

  • Completed degree or training in marketing, communication, graphic design, media design, or equivalent.
  • Initial professional experience (min. 1-3 years) in social media management (B2B is an advantage).
  • Knowledge in content creation (text, image, possibly video) and social media strategy.
  • Basic understanding of employer branding and recruiting via social media.
  • Proficiency in common graphic and design tools, as well as Microsoft 365.
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good, ideally very good, English skills.
  • Creativity and a feel for trends and target-group-appropriate content.
  • Structured and independent way of working.
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of digital exchange.
