Job Description:

The GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group is one of the leading providers of material flow and internal logistics systems. Your Responsibilities:

• Checking, pre-entry, accounting, and booking of incoming invoices are also part of your tasks.
• Payment runs are planned, executed on time, and transparently documented.
• Order in the accounts: Reconciliations, clarifications, and reliable master data maintenance.
• You process reminders and balance confirmations with attention to detail and clear communication.
• You contribute to interim and annual financial statements, prepare documents, and provide reliable figures.
• You support operating audits in a structured manner; you pragmatically advance additional tasks and projects.

Your Profile:

• Commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, tax assistant) or comparable qualification.
• Relevant experience (3-5 years) in accounting.
• Ideally, experience in plant engineering.
• Confident use of SAP (S4 HANA) and MS Office.
• Work style: independent, meticulous, efficient - and team-oriented at the same time.
• Basic knowledge of German VAT law is a plus.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
