In this role, you will identify potential franchisees and guide them on their way to a successful partnership with us. With your sales talent and feel for people, you will build long-term relationships and lead them to a successful conclusion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new franchise partners through direct approach, LinkedIn, walk-ins, and personal networks
  • Analysis of market potentials and competitive structures for the strategic development of new locations
  • Identification of the needs of potential franchisees through active listening and development of tailor-made solutions
  • Confident representation of our company and convincing communication of our brand's added value
  • Building trust and developing sustainable relationships with potential franchisees throughout the entire process
  • Independent management of contract negotiations and support of the final contract conclusion with future franchisees
