- 40-hour full-time position (5 overtime hours are included in the salary) -- other working time models are possible by arrangement.
- Core working hours between 09:00 and 16:00. Except on Fridays! On Fridays, we're off from 14:00!
- After familiarization, we enable a 50/50 home office arrangement to keep the team healthy and vibrant.

Your profile
- You enjoy service-oriented work.
- Are you already a tax advisor or on your way to becoming one, a tax advisor candidate, or a certified financial accountant (Finanzwirt)? -- We look forward to hearing from you!
- You bring a high level of commitment and quality awareness.
- You are eager to learn, trustworthy, and discreet.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- You are proficient in DATEV, Excel, Word, and Office, as well as interfaces for nursing software (e.g., Medifox), as we work 95% digitally.
- You are motivated to develop yourself and us further.
- You have sound knowledge of tax law and always stay up-to-date with legislation.
- Strong communication skills are a given for you, both in communication with colleagues and in client advisory.
- You maintain positive energy, even when things get demanding.

Your future area of responsibility
- You will proactively and competently advise our clients at Steuerberatung Neu-Eichenberg on tax and business matters.
- Preparing corporate and private tax returns is one of your core tasks.
- You will manage clients and develop tax strategies.
- Collaboration with accounting falls within your area of responsibility.
- Preparing balance sheets and profit and loss statements is among your tasks.
- You will actively participate in digital projects.
- As a reliable and service-oriented contact person, you will be available for authorities and clients.
