About requisimus

For over 28 years, we at requisimus have been living our passion for all IT disciplines: from software development and embedded systems to IT/AI consulting. To expand our team and further develop the Business IT department, we are currently looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect (m/f/d) on a freelance basis. This is a remote job.

Responsibilities:

  • Conception, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end AI solutions
  • Hands-on development and evaluation of LLM-based systems, AI agents, and automation workflows
  • Translation of business requirements into sustainable AI architectures
  • Leadership and management of AI initiatives, including technical decision-making
  • Design patterns for Agentic Architectures and Multi-Agent Systems
  • Design and operation of cloud-based AI architectures (AWS, Azure, Hybrid)
  • Ensuring security, compliance, data protection, and Responsible AI standards
  • Implementation and support of PoCs, MVPs, and scaling phases
  • Close collaboration with business units, management, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • AI Solution Architect or Technical Lead with consulting background
  • Strong hands-on experience in software, cloud, and data; integration and architecture
  • LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, orchestration
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP; architecture of cloud-native systems
  • Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Fine-Tuning, RAG; evaluation of AI models
  • Ability to present complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner for business, tech, and management
