We are looking for a Solution Manager Solar to join our team in Germany.

This role sits at the technical and analytical heart of Resalta's solar business. You will work closely with our Key Account Managers to evaluate opportunities, develop robust system designs, build accurate economic models, and prepare investment‑ready project documentation. This is a role for a highly analytical and technically minded solar specialist --- someone who enjoys working with data, digital tools, pricing models, and feasibility assessments, and who excels at translating technical insights into validated, bankable solutions. This is a hybrid position, balancing energy and financial modelling work with site validations and client energy teams exposure. It is ideal for someone who thrives in analysis, screening, system design, and technical validation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and validation of industrial‑scale solar PV and hybrid system layouts, components, and configurations.
  • Run technical simulations, yield assessments, and system modelling.
  • Prepare and refine cost‑benefit analyses (CBAs), feasibility studies, and technical assumptions for investment proposals.
  • Ensure system concepts comply with German permitting, grid requirements, and regulatory constraints.
  • Analyze load profiles, site data, and customer energy patterns using advanced digital tools.
  • Build structured datasets and pricing models to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Translate technical designs into input for commercial offers, technical annexes, and solution briefs.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers by providing technical data, clarifications, and analysis.
  • Coordinate with EPC partners, engineering teams, and procurement to ensure technical completeness and feasibility.

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications:

  • 4--7 years of experience in solar PV engineering, technical design, modelling, or technical sales support (industrial‑scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of solar system components, layouts, performance modelling, and technical constraints.
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools (PV simulation software, analytics tools, Excel, financial models, data processing).
  • Native-level German and fluent English.
