Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in English via chat and email
- Support users across European time zones
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in every interaction
Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English
- Previous experience in customer support, virtual assistance or similar roles
- Available to work European hours
