Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Customer Support Representative fluent in Spanish to join our team at Resumelyn. In this role, you will assist our Spanish-speaking users by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our resume optimization service. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide top-notch support through email, chat, and other channels, while gathering feedback to improve processes and user experience.
