retentionclub is a specialized CRM agency for e-commerce. We help online shops to better reach, retain, and build long-term revenue from their existing customers via email and WhatsApp. We work completely remotely, with direct customer contact and a high standard of quality – both technically and visually.

Your Role

This is not a classic graphic design position. Your focus is clearly on design, but we also expect you to understand marketing sustainably and to gradually acquire this knowledge. The goal of this role is not to create "beautiful emails," but to shape impactful communication.

Your Tasks:

• Designing emails for e-commerce brands
• Translating content requirements into clear, high-quality designs
• Developing layouts, structures, and design standards
• Collaborating with us on campaign concepts
• Over time: Involvement in customer projects and discussions on a content level

Design is your entry point. Marketing understanding will become an integral part of your daily work.

Your Qualifications:

• An excellent eye for design, typography, and visual order
• Experience in digital design (e.g., web, email, interfaces)
• A clean, structured way of working
• A genuine desire to learn and understand marketing
• Interest in how communication via email and WhatsApp is effective

You don't need a marketing background, but this role only works if you want more than just pure design in the long run.
