Your Mission as Creative Strategist

Your mission will be to transform the daily life of Venezuelan users into ideas, insights, and creative concepts that become high-potential viral content and emotionally connecting campaigns for our audience. You will translate Venezuelan culture, slang, pain points, humor, and aspirations into clear, inspiring, and actionable briefs for the creative team to execute with quality and speed.

This role is NOT a Content Lead or Copywriter. It is a strategic and cultural partner to the creative team, not a replacement. You will not manage the content calendar or write all the pieces. Your contribution is on another level: discovering opportunities, finding fresh cultural angles, turning them into powerful insights, designing viral concepts, and igniting the team's creative engine.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Cultural Insights:

• Be extremely resourceful: explore, investigate, and find opportunities where no one else is looking.
• Conduct constant benchmarking of campaigns, dynamics, trends, formats, and creators relevant to Venezuelan and migrant audiences.
• Monitor trends, memes, audios, news, cultural tensions, and emerging conversations for real-time reactions.
• Identify cultural pains, aspirations, behaviors, and truths that can be transformed into actionable insights for Growth.
• Map key moments of the year to identify content and viral campaign opportunities.

Creativity, Concepts & Narratives:

• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and content angles with high viral potential for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design clear, inspiring, and performance-oriented creative briefs.
• Propose scripts, narrative sequences, content dynamics, and storylines for influencers, creators, and the internal team.
• Collaborate with Design, Community, Brand & Content, and Performance teams to ensure consistency from idea to execution to results.

Quick Reaction & Cultural Opportunity:

• Identify real-time opportunities based on contexts, trends, news, and conversations within the Venezuelan community.
• Propose quick, ready-to-execute ideas for relevant user contingencies.
• Identify cultural patterns that can be turned into high-reach content series or campaigns.

Creative Intelligence, Measurement & Scalability:

• Lead the viral content strategy: define hypotheses, narratives, and prioritized formats.
• Analyze results (views, share rate, save rate, retention, CAC, viral lift) to understand which ideas have true scalability.
• Propose data-driven improvements and iterations to drive virality and organic growth.
• Maintain a repository of learnings, insights, and opportunities for team reuse.
• Present creative insights and recommendations to Growth.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3+ years in strategic creative roles (Creative Strategist, Creative Planner, Content Strategist, Sr. Community Manager, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of current Venezuelan culture: humor, music, daily economy, slang, digital trends, and country context.
• Experience conceptualizing viral content for TikTok / Reels / Shorts.
• Ability to write and structure solid creative briefs.
• Skill in translating complex insights into simple, relatable, and emotional messages.
• Growth mindset: openness to testing, iterating, and learning from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
