As a market leader, they own more than 90 companies and continue to expand.\n\n## About the Role\n\nIn this growing environment and as part of a newly created role, we are looking for a FINANCE MANAGER GERMANY to oversee several entities (6 BU with 10 societies) within the group. Reporting to the Finance Director based at the German headquarters, the main objective of the role will be to produce accurate monthly accounts and ensure alignment between local business units and financial systems.\n\n### Your Responsibilities:\n\n* Preparing and contributing to monthly management accounts, including variance analysis\n* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data\n* Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts, including all bank accounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance\n* Preparing and submitting VAT returns\n* Preparing variable payroll elements\n* Preparing financial reports for senior management and other stakeholders\n* Supporting the year-end audit process by providing the required documentation and explanations\n* Monitoring and reporting on key financial indicators to support business performance\n\n### Your Profile:\n\n* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment\n* You are fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level) to communicate with headquarters\n* You are familiar with financial regulations (in particular IFRS and HGB) and compliance standards\n* You are proficient in accounting software (ideally Microsoft Business Central and/or CCH)\n\n### What Our Client Offers:\n\n* An attractive compensation package\n* A variable bonus\n* A company car\n* The opportunity to join an international and stable group\n* Home Office (2-3 days a week)
