Your Role:

Do you love being a consultant in direct customer contact and working with various stakeholders? Do you like to bring momentum to things and enjoy actively participating in the operational processes of loyalty campaigns and insights? Then you will find exactly what you are looking for at REWE Group Retail Media Connect: A lively network with various interfaces to implement loyalty campaigns and analyses based on purchasing behavior.

  • Always Connected: You are the first point of contact for our industry partners and our category management for our insights and loyalty service portfolio.
  • Present and Advise: You present our insights and loyalty service portfolio in external meetings and actively support category management in designing service packages.
  • Focus on Implementation: You plan, organize, and operationally implement (loyalty) campaigns.
  • Coordinate and Analyze: You configure insights services in the REWE Insights Portal, coordinate individual analyses with industry partners, and translate requirements for analysts.
  • Summarize and Recommend: You prepare insights, present them, and derive recommendations for action for our industry partners.
  • All-in-One: You work closely with all internal and external interfaces. This includes, for example, our FMCG industry partners as well as internal departments such as Analytics, Marketing, Loyalty Management, Campaign Management, and Category Management.

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field or a comparable area.
  • Ideally, you have gained at least 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the (food) retail environment, the FMCG sector, or an agency, but career changers, for example from the hotel or tourism industry, are also welcome.
  • You have solid knowledge of common MS Office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as good language skills in German and English.
