Private accident insurance, home office setup support for new starters, corporate discount programme, generous annual leave entitlement, external training support, and an on-site gym.
How you'll work

- Coach the HR team to shift from a transactional to a strategic business partnering approach --- role-modelling what good looks like
- Build leadership capability through direct coaching, advice and challenge at senior level
- Manage the relationship with the works council (Betriebsrat) constructively and in line with co-determination requirements
- Use people data and analytics to surface issues early and inform business decisions
