Senior Manager Group Accounting & Consolidation (w/m/d)

For our client, an internationally expanding healthcare group with over 20 operating companies, we are seeking a Group Accountant (w/m/d) with profound consolidation knowledge, closing expertise -- and the ambition to actively develop processes.

Do you have experience in group accounting -- ideally from auditing or a Big 4 environment -- and want to shape things directly within a company? Then this is your next step.

Responsibilities

• Independent preparation of consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) according to HGB -- selectively also IFRS
• Execution and quality assurance of all consolidation steps
• Preparation of internal and external reports, consolidated notes, and management report
• Contact person for auditors, management, and specialist departments
• Further development of group-wide accounting policies and standards
• Support of intra-group matters, including transfer pricing
• Leadership and implementation of projects in Accounting & Group Finance

Qualifications

• University degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
• Several years of professional experience in group accounting -- preferably from auditing / Big 4
• Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB, IFRS desirable
• Proficient in Excel -- ideally experience with Lucanet and SAP Business One
• Independent, structured way of working and analytical strength
• Fluent German, good English
