Your Role

To expand and strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated

Backoffice Employee (m/f/d) Order Management Full-time for our Hamburg headquarters

Your Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders – from order receipt through invoicing to tracking domestically and internationally
• Coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, transport companies, and customers
• Correspondence and telephone support for our specialist retail partners and direct customers
• Handling returns, complaints, and transport damage
• Processing incoming telephone inquiries

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship in freight forwarding or wholesale and foreign trade
• Professional experience in internal sales or order processing in an international environment; logistics experience is desirable
• Good English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Teamwork and commitment
• Organizational talent
• Reliability
• Structured and very precise working methods are among your strengths
