Tasks

• You lead a team of 10 employees within the Infrastructure Facilities department (approx. 30 people)
• You plan transport infrastructure projects in the areas of rail, public transport, and roads in accordance with HOAI service phases 1-9 and in BIM standard
• You actively manage communication with clients, specialist planners, authorities (TÖB), and project participants
• You are responsible for cost, schedule, and quality controls
• You conduct job interviews, employee reviews, and are responsible for the professional and personal development of your team
• You are the primary point of contact for your team and are in direct communication with management

Profile

• You have completed a degree in civil engineering (at least B.Sc.)
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in civil engineering, infrastructure planning, or transport route construction
• You have experience in planning transport infrastructure in the rail or road sector
• You speak fluent German (at least C1)
• You are an open, communicative personality who enjoys taking responsibility and is at home in the DB environment
