Your Responsibilities

• Advising clients on energy, supply, and room climate concepts for new and existing buildings, on building services systems, energy efficiency, and energy monitoring, particularly in the HVAC and electrical engineering sectors.
• Reviewing building services concepts, preliminary and draft plans, as well as TGA tenders.
• Project management services (TGA) according to AHO for construction and real estate projects.
• Creating performance specifications for planning services and assembling the TGA/building physics/energy design planning team.
• Participating in the contract design for planning and construction services.
• Project, planning, and contract controlling – for buyers, capital investors, investors, or users, as well as accompanying controlling for project developers and builders of construction projects in building construction concerning TGA matters.
• Technical Due Diligence (TDD) of existing properties or project developments concerning TGA.
• Creating feasibility studies and conceptualizing potential TGA improvement measures for existing buildings, including cost calculation.

Your Profile

• Completed degree (BA or Master's) e.g., in Building Services Engineering, Plant Operations Engineering, Building/Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering OR comparable training.
• At least 3 years of experience as a construction manager, project manager, or planner in electrical engineering or HVAC – ideally in both areas (TGA).
• Extensive interest in project management.
• Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Flexible and willing to travel 1-2 days per week.
