Senior Software Engineer .NET (m/f/d)

Requirements

Must have:

• 6+ years hands-on in C#/.NET, including direct contribution to architectural decisions
• Strategic, outcome-driven experience in cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Proficiency designing RESTful APIs
• Experience in microservices, distributed architectures, and event-driven integration
• Practical exposure to messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Basic experience in frontend JavaScript frameworks
• Ability and willingness to challenge company and engineering assumptions
• Strong written and spoken English
• FinTech/banking experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist in tackling architectural and coding challenges within your product team
• Support migration, refactoring, and modernization of Azure cloud environments
• Design, build, test, and deploy robust, maintainable, readable code and APIs
• Analyze requirements critically and assist in architecting systems
• Document processes clearly, leaving no ambiguity
• Drive best practices and standards, calling out inefficiencies
• Actively shape our engineering culture and provide feedback
• Participate fully in agile processes, scrutinizing deadlines and priorities
• Mentor team members and set a standard for quality and architectural thinking
