Senior Power Trader - Short Term & Prompt Markets
I've partnered with a leading Commodities Trading client in The Germany who is looking for an experienced Senior Power Trader to join their established Trading Desk.
This is a good opportunity for an established Trader with proven track record of delivering PnL to step into a Senior position where they would be able to make strategic decisions and drive desk performance.
This is a great opportunity with scope to not only increase VAR within the region, but also look at expansion into new markets.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully working in Short Term German Power Markets
- Excellent understanding of German Power - focus on Month-ahead to Day-ahead
- Previous experience and skills working in Automated trading
- Comfortable working alongside Analysts and Quants
- Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to take autonomy and expand the desk
