Service Technician (m/f/d) - Internal Service

Your Responsibilities:

• You will handle customer inquiries, including technical consultation for partners, installers, and end customers.
• You will support customers on-site with technical questions, troubleshooting, (remote) diagnostics, and problem resolution (primarily via telephone hotline).
• You will assist in the planning and commissioning of complex system configurations and products for sector coupling.
• You will analyze error patterns and causes of disturbances, independently deriving remediation strategies.
• You will identify technical product weaknesses and resolve complex issues in close cooperation with product management, the quality department, and suppliers.

Your Profile:

• You have a completed Bachelor's degree or a completed advanced training as a master craftsman/technician in a technical field (or a comparable qualification).
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in technical customer service.
• You possess the ability to recognize customer needs and be helpful in assisting them.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
