Salary - EUR48,000 - 52,000

Responsibility:

• 1st and 2nd level support for colleagues with all IT requests
• Independent installation, maintenance, and rollout of PC workstations
• Coordination and close cooperation with external IT service providers
• Monitoring of the IT infrastructure and proactive planning of hardware procurement
• Administration of communication systems such as telephony and e-mail
• Ensuring backups and implementation of IT security measures

Qualifications:

• Passion for IT and a solid education as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• High willingness to learn and enjoyment of continuous development
• Structured and independent way of working with an open, collegial demeanor
• Confident communication in German and English, both by phone and in writing
