Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic procurement of electronic components and assemblies, ensuring stable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply chains. You will develop long-term, resilient supplier relationships and design suitable supplier and product group strategies in close coordination with internal interfaces such as Development, Quality, and Supply Chain Management. You will conduct price and contract negotiations with a focus on quality, logistics, and economic criteria and consistently implement agreements. You will identify savings potential, drive sustainable cost-saving initiatives, and strengthen procurement resilience. You will support development projects as a strategic sparring partner and ensure the early selection of suitable supply sources.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the strategic procurement of electronic components and assemblies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• In this role, you will build long-term supplier relationships and strengthen partnerships in an international environment.
• As a Procurement Manager for Electronic Components, you will design supplier strategies and implement them in close coordination with Development, Quality, and SCM.
• You will conduct price and contract negotiations, consistently considering quality and logistics criteria.
• You will identify savings potential and purposefully drive sustainable cost-saving initiatives.
• You will support development projects as a sparring partner and assist in the selection of suitable supply sources.

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a degree, e.g., in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration with a technical focus.
• You are responsible for the strategic procurement of electronic components and assemblies in a confident and goal-oriented manner.
• You build long-term supplier relationships and strengthen partnerships in an international environment.
• You develop and implement supplier strategies in close coordination with Development, Quality, and SCM.
• You conduct price and contract negotiations with excellent negotiation skills, considering quality and logistics criteria.
• You are proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., proALPHA) and MS Office.
