Junior Systemadministrator:in (m/w/d)

Role

For an established ROCKEN partner, we are looking for a Junior System Administrator who enjoys IT infrastructure. In this entry-level role, you will support the operation and further development of the Windows and Microsoft 365 environment and work closely with experienced System Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g., users, licenses, Teams)
• Support with Windows installations, software distribution, and patch management
• Involvement in client and server support (1st/2nd Level)
• Documentation of changes and technical processes
• Participation in smaller projects and rollouts

Qualifications

• Basic IT training or initial professional experience in IT support or system operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive)
• Basic understanding of Windows servers and network technologies
• High interest in administration, willingness to learn, and initiative
• Good German language skills (min. B2)
